Downtown Coordinator
Louise Wadsworth owned and operated a successful retail store on Geneseo’s Main Street for over 25 years. Throughout her career she has worked on growing business in the main street business district. She was instrumental in organizing the Geneseo Summer Festival, produced several local promotional brochures, and has helped produce signage and parking initiatives for the village of Geneseo.
Louise brings her skills in marketing and knowledge of small business to the broader venue of Livingston County as Downtown Coordinator for five villages.
Julie Marshall
Livingston County Development Group Deputy Director
Julie Marshall is responsible for administration of the county’s Microenterprise Assistance Program, Downtown Revitalization Program and Revolving Loan Fund.
Julie possesses over 13 years of economic development experience. She has been involved in all aspects of economic development including management, project planning and development, program development, grant administration, loan fund administration, marketing and operations.
A graduate of SUNY Geneseo, Julie currently serves on the Board of Directors Rural Opportunities Enterprise Center and is the chairman of the their loan committee. She is treasurer of the Finger Lakes Regional Development Corporation and a member of the New York State Economic Development Council.
Patrick J. Rountree
Livingston County Development Group Director
Pat Rountree has been the Director of the Livingston County Industrial Development Agency since 1988 and has over 25 years experience in development and planning in New York State and Georgia. He earned a bachelors degree from Niagara University, completed Masters coursework in City Planning from Georgia Tech and is certified by the National Development Council as an Economic Development Finance Professional.
